The subject of this contract is the agreement of discounts in accordance with Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V in conjunction with Section 130c Paragraph 1 SGB V for the finished medicinal products Kovaltry (B02BD02) and Jivi (B02BD02) of the contractor, which will be charged to the client during the term of the contract on the currently valid medication prescription sheet (e.g. Sample 16 or Sample e16A of the form agreement or the form agreement digital forms for the BMV-Ä) are billed.
