Framework agreement for window cleaning for the Oost-Limburg Hospital

This assignment is an assignment for services and the object is to carry out window cleaning services for the Oost-Limburg Hospital. The assignment includes cleaning interior and exterior glazing, including window profiles, sills, window sills, skylights, glass doors, fixed glass areas, and other transparent wall structures that are accessible. The work takes place on ground and higher levels, with or without the aid of ladders, aerial work platforms or telescopic systems. The contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary materials, deploying sufficient and qualified personnel, carrying out the work safely and in an orderly manner, and complying with all applicable safety regulations. During the course of this framework agreement, the Oost – Limburg Hospital will carry out building extensions on the Sint – Jan campus in accordance with the Master Plan 2030. These new buildings will be included in this contract with the same end date depending on the award date and closing letter. It is an assignment for services as referred to in art. 2, 20° of the Public Procurement Act. We will work with one quotation for window cleaning services. The assignment will be described in detail in the second phase of the placement procedure, i.e. the award phase.
