Republic of the philippines province of leyte municipality of matalom invitation to bid for rebid-procurement of i.t equipment, parts and accessories, and portable speakers at lgu, matalom, leyte 1) the local government unit of matalom, leyte through the pmnp pbg tranche 1, tf-brgy, gf 2026, 2025 2nd supplemental budget, c.o 2025, sef 2026, continuing appropriations, gf 2025, sb no 1 2026, sb no 2, 2025 intends to apply the sum of two million one hundred eighty seven thousand four hundred three pesos and 72/100 ₱2,187,403.72 being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for rebid-procurement of i.t equipment, parts and accessories, and portable speakers at lgu-matalom, leyte. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. the local government unit of matalom, leyte, through the pmnp pbg tranche 1, tf-brgy, gf 2026, 2025 2nd supplemental budget, c.o 2025, sef 2026, continuing appropriations, gf 2025, sb no 1 2026, sb no 2, 2025 intends to apply the sum of lot. 1- 269,200.00, lot 2-16,000.00, lot 3-63,545.00, lot 4-115,900.00, lot 5- 293,920.00, lot 6-50,000.00, lot 7-150,000.00, lot 8-60.000,00, lot 9-50,000.00, lot 10- 79,800.00, lot 11-149,358.72, lot 12-400,000.00, lot 13-69,000.00, lot 14-50,000.00, lot 15-36,000.00, lot 16-25,295.00, lot 17-25,295.00, lot 18- 16,500.00, lot 19-17,590.00, lot 20- 80,000.00, lot 21- 30,000.00, lot 22- 140,000.00 being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. bids received in excess of the abc for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) the local government unit of matalom, leyte, now invites bids for rebid-procurement of i.t equipment, parts and accessories, and portable speakers at lgu-matalom, leyte using the fit-for-purpose approach. delivery of the goods is required within 50cd bidders should have completed, at least 5 year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders. 3) bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the irr of ra no. 12009. i) bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the irr. 4) interested bidders may obtain further information from local government unit of matalom, leyte and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 5:00pm. 5) a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on september 25, 2026 to october 19, 2026 from the address given below bac office, matalom, leyte upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb, in the amount of ₱5,000.00 if more than 500,000 up to 1 million the amount of ₱1,000.00 and if 500,000 and below the amount of ₱500.00. [note: for lot procurement, the maximum fee for the bidding documents for each lot shall be based on its abc, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the gppb; provided that the total fees for the bidding documents of all lots shall not exceed the maximum fee prescribed in the guidelines for the sum of the abc of all lots.]
