The object of the acquisition is a SaaS-based working time management system. The special priorities in the system to be acquired are mobile use and self-service functions enabled by users. The goal of the new system is to bring flexibility to users' logging practices and to cut the working time of supervisors and HR employees spent on maintenance tasks.
