Delivery, installation and assembly of a UV-Vis spectrophotometer for micro-volumes. The scope of this separate item includes: Delivery, installation and assembly of a UV-Vis spectrophotometer for micro-volumes and its accessories in a complete set, to ensure the operation of the equipment for its intended purpose, and in accordance with the minimum technical characteristics specified in this specification; Training of the Contracting Authoritys staff on working with the equipment; Warranty maintenance of the equipment during the warranty period offered by the participant. By warranty maintenance of the equipment during the warranty period is meant the Contractors obligation to provide, at its own expense and risk, the free replacement of all defective parts of the delivered equipment, as well as the elimination of hidden defects of the equipment, within the scope of its warranty liability, which have not arisen due to the fault of the Contracting Authority or third parties.
