Romania – Laboratory reagents – Framework Agreement Laboratory Reagents

Purchase of: Laboratory reagents, necessary for the analyzers in the equipment of the medical analysis laboratory and the UPU section. The required quantities are specified in the specifications. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers according to art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016; the provisions of art. 8 paragraph (2) of HG no. 419/2018.
