Description & Project Overview
The City of Waterloo (the “City”) is seeking responses from qualified consulting firms to establish a prequalification list of up to five (5) firms to be invited to submit a proposal in accordance with Schedule 2 – Second Stage Process. The work will be to provide research and analysis, concept design, detailed design, project management, construction administration and inspection services for the Civic Common, more particularly described in Schedule 1 – Statement of Work (the “Work”). The project site consists of many parcels in Uptown Waterloo, including Brewmeister Green (155 King Street South), Heritage Green (148 King Street South), and the unnamed portion of the Regional Waterworks Site (17 William Street and portions of 23 and 29 William Street and 153 Herbert Street). Together, these properties are known as the Civic Common.
