The subject of the procurement is the execution of repair works on non-structural elements on 200 multi-residential, mixed-use residential-commercial, and commercial buildings damaged in the earthquake, at unknown addresses, within the area of the City of Zagreb, as regulated by the Reconstruction Act and related regulations governing reconstruction, as well as regulations governing the performance of spatial planning and construction activities, and any subsequent amendments and supplements to those regulations. The quantity of the subject of procurement is provisional. The Contracting Authority may reduce or increase the number of buildings on which repair works on non-structural elements are to be performed, depending on actual needs.
