Contract Description
Delivery by purchase of solid fuels for the needs of the municipality of Parvomai, with estimated quantities as follows: – "Donbas" type coal or "Donbas" type equivalent with estimated quantities - 53 (fifty three) tons +/-10%; - Firewood with estimated quantities - 175 (one hundred and seventy-five) cubic meters +/-10%; - Wood pellets in bulk quantities - 18 (eighteen) tons +/-10%. Pursuant to Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 7 of the Public Procurement Act, Contracting Parties may award public contracts through a negotiation procedure without prior notice, when the subject of the order is the supply of goods that are traded on a commodity exchange
