1. The subject of the order is the purchase and successive purchase of perioperative materials and infusion fluids for the needs of SPSK im. Prof. Witold Orłowski CMKP. A detailed list of the assortment can be found in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - an assortment and price form divided into 6 packages: Package 1 - Hemostatics Package 2 - Surgical meshes Package 3 - Dressing sets for negative pressure wound treatment Package 4 - Intraocular irrigation fluid Package 5 - Irrigation fluids + Gelatina infusion Package 6 - Mannitolum, Natrii chlorati bag 2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers in packages from 1 to 6. 3. An offer may be submitted for one, several, or all parts of the order referred to in point. 1. 4. Chapter 5 of the Terms of Reference concerns information about the required means of evidence. 5. Chapter 8 of the Terms of Reference concerns information on the required subjective means of evidence.
