(SP-02-K) Strategic consulting III (SP-02-K) Strategic consulting III
The subject of this procurement procedure is the negotiation of a Framework Agreement containing contractual conditions for the performance of individual subcontracts for the provision of consulting services. The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of six (6) participants. On the basis of the framework agreement, in the manner specified therein, the contracting authority will always order performance in time and to the extent according to its current needs. The contracting authority is not obliged to draw performance from the framework agreement. Services will be provided in the following areas: - management consulting; strategic consulting; support of the Principals management in creating the strategic agenda of the Principal; support in managing selected teams and projects; support in the implementation of the clients strategic agenda; consultancy in the integration of the activities of individual organizations in the department of the Principal; - providing benchmarks, case studies and best practice examples; analytical support in solving specific tasks; - preparation of project documentation, its updating and revision; - business analysis and business architecture of newly prepared or revised AIS; - consulting in the area of redesign of individual processes implemented by the contracting authority and their optimization; - support for the creation of a strategy for the development of individual agenda systems and the information concept of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications; - communication with the Principals subject departments regarding their requirements for the development of IT systems and transformation into a structured form of business assignment; - support of implementation teams in the execution of assignments; and - supporting the test team in the preparation of test scenarios and test data.
