Contract Description
The Gifhorn district is planning to build a new special school with a focus on intellectual development at the Wittingen location. The planning, preparation and implementation of the construction project should be carried out by the client. According to the requirements planning, the school should initially be planned in one phase, but the possibility of a two-stage expansion should be taken into account. An external planning office was commissioned to prepare a feasibility study including cost estimates. The gross floor area (GFA) for the new building is approximately 6,676 m².
