Port of Edmonds Request for Proposals Harbor Square Janitorial 2026-615 Proposal Due Date: Sealed proposals for this project will be received at the Port of Edmonds Administration Office, 471 Admiral Way, Edmonds, WA 98020 until 11:00 AM, Monday November 2, 2026. Any proposals received after the specified time and date will not be considered. Must be in a sealed envelope, no emails. Scope: The Port of Edmonds is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial labor, materials, and equipment to clean and maintain buildings one through five, at the Harbor Square Business Complex, as per listed in the specifications, with alternate items available upon request by the Port. Site Visit “Pre-Bid” Meeting: We strongly encourage bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting, October 22, 2026, 10 am at the Harbor Square Leasing Office Conference Room at 120 W., Dayton. Port staff will not be available for site visits independent of the scheduled pre-bid meeting. To minimize disruption to our tenants, tenant spaces will not be available for inspection independent of the scheduled pre-bid meeting. Award of Contract: Contract Award shall be based on the Port’s evaluation to determine the best proposal as per the bid document descriptions and the total of schedule 1 base bid. Length & Notification Period of Contract: the length of this contract shall be annual, beginning with the period January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027, with 4 possible extensions (not guaranteed) for a possible total of five years. The Port of Edmonds may terminate, modify the schedule of service and/or frequency of services for the entire contract or any portion (site) by a 30-day written notification to the Vendor. Prevailing Wages: Payment of prevailing wages is required for these services. Filing fees for these annual submittals will be included in the bid proposal price. Presently, LNI charges $40 for each form. Current prevailing wages for Snohomish county may be found at: https://secure.lni.wa.gov/wagelookup/ Insurance: Commercial General Liability, Business Auto, Worker’s Comp and Employer’s Liability (Stop Gap) insurance, will be required with endorsement for this project to be submitted annually.
