The purpose of this consultation is a project management mission for the rehabilitation of the Feuillat and Verne residences located at 33-35 rue Feuillat - 14A -14 B rue Verne - 33A-33B-33C and 35D Feuillat in Lyon 3rd. A presentation note for the operation is attached to the consultation file. The call for applications is open to any team with the following skills: -Architect (agent) -Construction economics -Scheduling, management and site coordination (OPC). Candidates must carry out a mandatory site visit before submitting an offer. The terms of the visit are defined in article 2.5 of the RC. A contract with a revisable global and fixed price will be awarded to a single company or a group.
