Invitation to bid provision of janitorial and general support services for pag-ibig fund mindanao group offices and warehouses 1) the pag-ibig fund area technical and administrative services for southern and south western mindanao (pag-ibig fund atas sswm), through the corporate operating budget for year 2026-2028 intends to apply the sum of forty-seven million six hundred four thousand pesos (php47,604,000.00), for the first (1st) year only, inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for the provision of janitorial and general support services for pag-ibig fund mindanao group offices and warehouses. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) the pag-ibig fund now invites bids for provision of janitorial and general support services for pag-ibig fund mindanao group offices and warehouses. the contract shall be for a period of three (3) years, unless sooner terminated for causes provided in this contract or by law. delivery of the services is required or shall be made by the service provider in accordance with section vi (schedule of requirements) and section vii (technical specifications) of the bidding documents. bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders. 3) bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the irr of ra no. 12009. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to filipino citizens, pursuant to ra no. 5183. 4) interested bidders may obtain further information from pag-ibig fund bids and awards committee – southern and south-western mindanao (bac-sswm) secretariat through the contact details given below and inspect the bidding documents as posted at the websites of the pag-ibig fund and the philippine government electronic procurement system (philgeps). 5) a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders starting on october 08, 2026, from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m (pst) from the pag-ibig fund procurement, 2nd floor, espacio de eugenia bldg. cor v. mapa and mabini sts., davao city upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb, in the amount of twenty-five thousand pesos (php25,000.00). bidders have the option to pay for the bidding documents through over-the-counter payment facility of the pag-ibig fund, provided that the prospective bidder has initially secured an authorized payment order form (pof) from the pag-ibig fund bac secretariat by sending an email request at sm_tas_admin@pagibigfund.gov.ph. • over-the-counter payment payment shall be in the form of cash, certified check, cashier’s check, manager’s check payable to pag-ibig fund and can be made from mondays to fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00
