The municipality of Niederrohrdorf, as the client, is planning the extension of the Rüsler primary school complex in accordance with the winning project Palimpsest. The project comprises an extension new build as well as demolition and conversion work on the existing school building. The plans include classrooms and group rooms, rooms for special needs education, an assembly hall, and the necessary ancillary rooms. Optionally, the realization of a day-care structure for around 50 children with a lunch service for around 100 children is envisaged. The planning services for the day-care structure are to be listed separately in the tender. With the decision of the municipal assembly, the day-care structure will be definitively included in or excluded from the project scope at the start of planning. The subject of this tender is the provision of planning services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including HVAC specialist coordination for SIA sub-phases 31 to 53 in accordance with SIA 108.
