Description & Project Overview
The subject of the Agreement is the provision of the following services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party: a. listening to Sales Calls (including complaint calls) b. listening to non-sales calls (including complaint calls) c. listening to Information/Survey Calls d. saving the customer's data from the conversation and the course of the conversation for the purposes of processing the complaint e. Transcription of Conversations.
