Material scope of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order is the supply of aggregate as part of the investment project entitled: Reconstruction of the forest road - fire access road no. 20, Nowa Kuźnia forestry. 2) Names and codes relating to the subject of the order specified in the Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): Main CPV code: 14212300-3 - crushed or split stone 3) The subject of the order includes the purchase and delivery to the place of construction (location of the investment task) of the following materials: a) crushed aggregate with continuous grain size fraction 0/63 mm in the amount of 2,350.00 tons, b) crushed aggregates with continuous grain size fraction 0/31.5 mm in the amount of 1,350.00 tons, c) broken aggregates with continuous grain size fraction 0/5 mm in the amount of 140.00 tons. 4) The moisture content of the crushed aggregate indicated above at the time of delivery cannot exceed 12%. 5) Other information is included in Chapter 3 of the SWZ.
