Contract Description
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of the necessary reagents and consumables along with the lease of the POCT analyzer, homogenizer and densitometer, lease of the POCT supervision IT system, and post-warranty service and maintenance of analyzers owned by MSS in Ostrołęka in the type and quantity in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the contract - Assortment and price form and with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the contract - List of parameter conditions border crossings, which constitute an integral part of the SWZ.
