Poland – Refuse and waste related services – "Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the city of Leżajsk in 2027-2028"

4.1 The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in Leżajsk and its transport to appropriate installations. Mixed municipal waste will be transferred to the installation indicated by the Contractor in its offer, and selectively collected waste will be sent to authorized waste recipients, in a way that ensures the achievement of the levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, as specified by law, and the reduction of biodegradable municipal waste. 4.2 The scope of the order includes in particular: 1) collection of mixed municipal waste and biodegradable waste from owners of residential properties located in the City of Leżajsk, 2) transport, transfer and management of mixed waste collected from owners of properties covered by the order, will be carried out to the municipal installation, which will be indicated in the Bid Form. This installation must have the status of a municipal installation and meet all legal requirements for accepting and processing this type of waste. 3) transport and transfer of collected biodegradable waste to the green waste and other bio-waste installations, i.e. to the KOMWITA sludge and biocomponent composting plant, ul. Siedlanka Boczna 2, 37-300 Leżajsk, 4) collection of segregated municipal waste (collected selectively) from property owners, its transport and transfer to an authorized waste recovery and disposal installation in accordance with the waste management hierarchy, 5) all vehicles collecting and transporting waste must meet at least EURO 5 exhaust emission standards according to the European exhaust emission standard, 6) delivery of containers and municipal waste bags to property owners and maintaining containers in appropriate sanitary and technical condition. 4.3 The minimum scope of implementation of the subject of the order is 75%. 4.4 A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ 4.5 Pursuant to the content of Art. 95 section 1 of the Act on Public Procurement, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor and subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities related to the execution of the order in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, i.e. employees performing the following activities: activities directly related to the collection of waste from real estate (i.e. vehicle drivers and activities of service employees
