Tamban, Tinambac, Camarines Sur 1) The Local Government Unit of Tinambac , through the Municipal Development Fund (20% MDF) – FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos and Seventy Centavos (₱1,499,999.70) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair and Improvement of RHU-II Building at Brgy. Tamban, Tinambac, Camarines Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2) The Local Government Unit of Tinambac now invites bids for Repair and Improvement of RHU-II Building at Brgy. Tamban, Tinambac, Camarines Sur. Completion of the Works is required on February 9, 2027. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Bldg., Municipal Compound, Binalay, Tinambac, Camarines Sur and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during Office Hours, from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.5) 6) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 31, 2026 to November 9, 2026 from the address below Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Bldg., Municipal Compound, Binalay, Tinambac, Camarines Sur. and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand (₱5,000.00) Pesos onlyIt may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.7) Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated below on or before November 9, 2026 at 9:30 am.
