Contract Description
Supply of fruit (apples), milk (UHT) and dairy products (yoghurt) and bakery products (corn and biscuits) within the Romanian School Program for the period 2024-2029 Fruits - Apples Rșnov area
The object of the contract is the supply of products, namely fruits (apples), within the Romanian School Program, for preschoolers from state-authorized/accredited and private accredited kindergartens with a normal 4-hour program and for students from state and private primary and secondary schools, as well as for preschoolers and students included in special education in Brașov County (except the Municipality of Brașov), during the school years 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029, in accordance with the GD. no. 652/2023 and of the HCJ. Brașov no. 263/2024. During the week, a preschooler/student is given 2 portions of fruit - Apples (on Thursdays and Fridays) for free. The delivery time for all types of products is 7:30-9:30. 18 framework agreements will be concluded over a period of 5 years, on 3 types of products and on 6 distribution areas. Subsequent contracts will be concluded for each school year.
