The subject of the tender is the provision of qualified personnel by suitable independent youth welfare organisations within the framework of service contracts. The contractor shall assume, in particular: - Recruitment, selection and hiring of personnel, - Personnel administration and payroll accounting, - Professional support, guidance and supervision, - Ensuring continuous service provision (including substitution arrangements). No employment law relationship shall be established between the school authority and the deployed personnel. By virtue of school social work Cost limit per school year: Approx. 54,600 net / 65,000 EUR gross approx. 20 hours per week on up to 5 working days Deployment hours in the morning between 08:00 and 12:00 Further details can be found in the tender documents.
