The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the direct Lower Saxony state administration (see Section 2 of the LZN operating instructions). With the consent of its supervisory authority, the LZN can take on further tasks for public law users within and outside the Lower Saxony state administration as well as for private law companies wholly owned by the public sector (see § 3 operating instructions). In this area of responsibility, the order includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VgV) on the interior design of existing high-box vehicles for the Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport (NLStbV). The vehicle currently being expanded is a Mercedes Benz 317 vehicle. It is possible that the vehicle model to be expanded will change during the term of this framework agreement and in this case the expansion will have to be adapted to the new model to be expanded. The individual orders (calls) to be concluded on the basis of this framework agreement are made in the name of the LZN for all road maintenance departments of the NLStbV in the area of the state of Lower Saxony.
