Contract Description
DTU intends to acquire an ICP-MS/MS system for quantitative analysis of major, minor and trace elements in high-salinity brines and related aqueous samples from CO₂ storage, geothermal and oil/gas reservoirs, mineral wastewaters, seawater and experimental separation processes. Target elements include Li, B, Mg, Mn, Rb, rare-earth elements and trace metals and metalloids such as As, Se, Cd and Pb. The system must support analysis across large concentration ranges and complex saline matrices through effective matrix management, interference control and automated dilution. The scope comprises automated dilution and calibration, autosampling, software, cooling, installation and training. Due to technical requirements and reasons, only one supplier is considered capable for this procurement and DTU thus intends to award the contract to Agilent Technologies Denmark ApS.
