The contract is for the supply of an item comprising the dismantling of old equipment, the supply and installation of ventilation diffusers for two biological reactors at the Central Sewerage Plant on Water Street in Tarnowy Mountains. As part of the Contractors task, the disassembly of the currently working ventilation system components, i.e. the diffusors, pipes, air pipes with ball valves and full air conditioning (e.g. connectors, belts, etc.) has been completed. The Water and Sewerge Company in Tarnwy Mounts (called the Operator) will continue to complete the purification of the reactors and the operation of the Operators.the reactor not later than 4 May 2026 and the second reactor no later than 20 July 2026. The disposal of waste generated during the works will be undertaken on behalf of the Contracting Party by the Water and Sewerage Company operator of the facilities at the Central Sewer Refinery. The Contracting Parties shall inform the Contractor of the possibility of starting work on the site of the refinery after the completion of the appropriate stage of the works related to the disposal from the reaction, with the start of work on that first reactor being possible without prejudice to the date of execution of this Agreement, not later but by 20 May 2026.contract by 5 August 2026 at the latest. Given that new equipment must be compatible with existing equipment and assembly fittings, it is recommended that a local vision be carried out before the tender is submitted.
