Contract Description
The general objective of this purchase is to provide medical care in optimal conditions, as well as to ensure the best treatment conditions for patients by purchasing reagents of the best quality. For this, Framework Agreements will be concluded with an economic operator from the ranking resulting from the evaluation of the offers, for 24 months, for each individual lot. The contracting authority will conclude the framework agreement only with the bidder(s) whose bid is declared admissible. Clarification requests will be sent by the operators
