Specialist planning services for structural planning according to Part 4 Section 1 HOAI. Basic services from service phases 1 to 6 as well as special services from service phases 1, 3, 4 and 8. The planning task is the overall renovation of the listed city center university library from 1961, a reinforced concrete skeleton building with ribbed ceilings and a glass-aluminum curtain wall. This includes the comprehensive renovation of the technology and the energy-efficient and listed renovation of the building shell, while maintaining the structurally designed facade appearance. What is desired is a reorganization of use with a strengthening of the interior qualities, an improvement in access and a strengthening of the external connection. The specialist planning services to be commissioned relate to the overall renovation of the existing building (approx. 7960 m² NUF). The costs for possible construction price and builder risks are not taken into account here. Construction is scheduled to take place from the fourth quarter of 2028 to the fourth quarter of 2032.
