Description & Project Overview
1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in granting a loan in the amount of PLN 5,000,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit of the Ochotnica Dolna Commune in 2026 and to repay previously incurred liabilities. 2. Main conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order: 1) The loan together with interest will be repaid from the income of the Ochotnica Dolna Commune. 2) Settlements between the Ordering Party and the Contractor will be made in Polish zlotys [PLN]. 3) The loan will be used in one tranche, in the amount indicated by the Ordering Party in the written application for disbursement
