The subject of the contract is the service of the Deputy Investors supervision of the implementation of the investment, including the renovation, overhaul and maintenance renovation of the buildings at 24 Garden Street in Łódź, together with the change in the way the buildings are used and the settlement of the investments in the material and financial fields.(as defined in § 6 (3) (2) of the draft contract), construction works carried out by the Contractor (after a declaration of the Contracting Partys will to exercise the right of option in respect of the task concerned). The scope of the order will be carried out with the breakdown into: 1) basic investment (Easternal I and III), i.e. investment supervised (realized by the Construction Contractor), which is the subject of maintenance and overhaul, and:(b) strengthening the construction of the existing foundations of buildings located at Garden 24 in Łódź in sections 2/3, 1/11 and 29/6 of S-1, (c) construction of a technical and economic building with a transformer and internal installations, (d) demolition of two economic buildings, (e) on-site construction of reinforcements, renovations (excluding green building), architecture, water supply and the construction and maintenance of the external canals, and the necessary installations.(g) the supply of the necessary equipment, including installation and operation (in part necessary for obtaining a building permit), (h) the notification to the building supervisory authorities of the completion of the construction and obtainable decision on the use permit for the entire investment, and the settlement of the investment in kind and money (with the option law implemented). (2) the option right (Stage II), which provides for investor supervision over the completions of the above building and the compleation of the green walls, as follows: (a) over the construction of the supervision part of the residential building, the supervise part of residential buildings, the oversight part of bureaucracy)(c) supervision of the completion of the residential-service-office building, (d) supervise the complection of the office-serving building, and (e) super supervision for the completions of the common parts of the apartment-servant-official building,the requirement also applies to Subcontractors and Subcontributors who will implement the Contract Subject.
