At the same time, the Oradea City Hall has the responsibilities of coordinating the performance of public services of local interest provided by means of the specialized apparatus or by means of bodies providing public services and public utility of local interest: the supply and distribution of electricity, public lighting, water supply and sewerage services, heating, telecommunications, provision of local public transport services, etc. Also, the Oradea City Hall is responsible for ensuring the inventory, statistical evidence, inspection and control of the performance of public services of local interest regarding the conservation, restoration and enhancement of historical and architectural monuments, parks, public gardens and nature reserves, as well as public and private patrimony assets of the administrative-territorial unit. The final results of the Contract include: All works on the disciplines are fully carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications, and all necessary tests and tests have passed; All technological installations and equipment are functional and have passed all necessary tests and trials; Waste (primary and secondary) is properly sorted and waste management procedures are fully respected; All the necessary documentation that was used for planning the execution, for the execution, control of the execution and completion of the works are kept and made available to the Beneficiary; The perimeter of the work site cleared and cleared of any equipment, machinery or material used by the Contractor during the execution of the works; All surfaces affected by the works are restored. The term until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day inclusive, before the deadline for submission of offers. Clarification requests will be sent in editable format.
