OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The object of the procurement is the EPS delivery of Process Line 1 of the GTK Mintec pilot plant construction project (EPS = Engineering, Procurement and Supply incl. installation). During the implementation phase of the project, the EPS supplier is responsible for the overall delivery of process line 1 in accordance with the plans provided by the plant designer. The preliminary schedule for the project is 2026-2028. The pilot plant project does not plan and implement a single fixed concentrator process. In practice, this means that next to the fixed devices, the necessary mobile devices are brought in for each test run. Equipment can be connected to each other by various means, e.g. hose pumps and conveyor belts, as flexibly as possible, enabling the widest possible test run and capacity scale. The facility to be implemented must enable the necessary process modifiability in all cases. In the expanded basic design of process line 1, the necessary unit processes have been selected, which can be used to carry out the widest possible variety of enrichment and recovery trial runs and to study the management and recycling of the waters of the enrichment process. The selected equipment must be dimensioned together in such a way that continuous process units can be formed from unit processes for different inputs and input amounts. The delivery package includes project management and process line 1 crushing, homogenization, grinding, concentrator, water treatment and recycling, filtration and thickening processes: • implementation planning • equipment procurement, delivery and installation • chemical manufacturing and Dosing equipment • equipment treatment levels (steel structures) • process and process commodity pipelines (compressed air, raw and process waters) • process electrification • taking into account the special characteristics of the object of instrumentation • the automation system for process lines 1 and 2 • process dust removal systems • the compressed air system of process lines 1 and 2 (equipment dimensioning also for the compressed air of auxiliary facilities under the responsibility of the Senate) • the installation, commissioning and training of the equipment of process line 1 • and the renovation, hauling and installation of the equipment transferred from the current pilot plant to process line 1 to the new pilot plant process, for example the following main equipment - diameter 8 m, 4 m and 2.4 m thickeners - foaming cells (optional option) In addition, the delivery includes the following equipment for process line 2: • purchase of dust removal device and fan • process line 2 electrical center PSK-002 mechanically installed and design, delivery and installation of the centers supply cable • foaming cells with pumps (optional option).
