The subject of the performance of a public contract within this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to § 131 et seq. ZZVZ between the contracting authority and one participant in the procurement procedure, on the basis of which public contracts for the supply of medical gases for the needs of the Medical Rescue Service of the Karlovy Vary Region will be awarded.
