Construction and demolition works, including asbestos The Kotkan-Hamina region's educational municipal association, i.e. Ekami (procurement unit, customer) requests offers for unit-priced construction and demolition works in accordance with the tender request and its appendices. Works on real estate are repair, maintenance and alteration works of existing real estate billed as hourly work. The editor is responsible for the work management. Construction and demolition work includes work at every Ekami campus. The campuses are located: - Office: Kymenlaaksonkatu 29, 48100 Kotka - Katariina: Lehmustie 4, 48130 Kotka - Malminki: Malminginkatu 4-8, 48600 Kotka - Hamina: Kadettikoulunkatu 18, 49400 Hamina The procurement procedure creates a framework arrangement lasting two (2) + one (1) option years, for which four (4) suppliers are selected. Suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement based on the comparison of bids in the overall economic order of preference. The procurement unit reserves the right to form a framework arrangement, even if there are fewer than four offers that meet the suitability requirements. By unilateral decision, the customer has the right to extend the two (2) year limited framework contract period by introducing one (1) year
