Burkina Faso has received funding from the International Development Association (IDA) to finance the implementation of the Project to Support the Transformation of Agriculture in Burkina Faso (PATA-BF) and intends to use part of these funds to make payment under consultancy service contracts for: Mission 1: monitoring-control of the development works of Lahirasso (2,130 ha) with construction and routine maintenance of access roads and the development works of Sanekui2 (710 ha) with construction and routine maintenance of access roads; Mission 2: monitoring-control of the development works of Bassé (920 ha) with construction and routine maintenance of access roads and construction of the intake structure including the Mouhoun crossing bridge, the recalibration and stabilization of the banks of the Mouhoun and construction work on related social infrastructure. 2. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the monitoring of development works on 3,760 ha of irrigated areas along the Mouhoun River, in the plains of Lahirasso, Bassé and Sanakuy2. Located on the left bank of the Mouhoun, the plains of Lahirasso (2,130 ha) and Sanakuy2 (710 ha) are accessible respectively by the Samendéni (N9) –Padéma (D64) –Banwali (D64) –Lahirasso routes
