Contract Description
The procedure is conducted as a single-source procurement procedure pursuant to Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the PZP and the implementing acts of the PZP. The award of the contract involves the repetition of services similar to the services that are the subject of the basic contract awarded on February 8, 2024 (contract No. 1662/2024). The scope of services constituting the subject of this order does not exceed 50% of the value of the basic order, i.e. check ZG.271.2.2024.
