Reconstruction and expansion of the FFW Besigheim fire station LOT 3 Heating, ventilation and sanitary technology (HLS)
Engineering services in accordance with § 53 ff. HOAI are to be provided by the contractor for the system groups wastewater, water, gas systems, heat supply systems, ventilation systems and building automation for service phases 1 – 9. The commissioning will be carried out in stages; initially only service phases 1 to 4 will be commissioned. The resolutions of the local council form the basis for further commissioning of the service phases. Furthermore, the following special services must be commissioned: Acquiring funding areas and preparing the applications (e.g. funding from AGS, Z-Feu, KfW/BEG funding); Drainage and underground pipeline planning LPH 1-4; Drainage and underground pipeline planning LPH 5-8.
