The Project Management Unit (PMU ) of the Public Sector Digital Governance Project (PGNSP) is soliciting closed offers from eligible bidders meeting the required qualifications to provide equipment and software for the modernization of the mining cadastre. The procedure will be conducted through national competition using a Call for Tenders (AO) as defined in the “Regulations applicable to Borrowers – Procurement in the context of Financing Investment Projects, current edition” from July 2016 taking into account previous revisions including that of February 2025 and the seventh edition published in French on September 11, 2025 , and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
