The framework agreement covers plumbing and pipe installation work (excluding ventilation) in the properties owned and managed by the contracting authority. the property portfolio consists of approximately 800 apartments located in skurup, skivarp, rydsgård, abbekås and slimminge.
the contracting authority intends to conclude framework agreements with four (4) tenderers. call-offs from the framework agreement will be made according to the ranking principle with an allocation key. the contracting authority may, when deemed appropriate with regard to the scope or complexity of the assignment, conduct call-offs through renewed competition among all framework agreement contractors.
the contracting authority estimates that the framework agreement will cover services for call-offs up to a total value of sek 2,000,000 to 5,000,000 per year. it is noted, however, that the contracting authority does not guarantee any volumes under the framework agreement.
