The service includes the towing of vehicles unlawfully placed in public transport for a period of 4 years, after being commissioned by the Municipality of Bad Homburg v. d. Altitude. The towing orders are to be placed on working days from 6.30 a.m. to 9.30 p.m., and, on previous information, also for special operations, e.g. on Sundays, public holidays, events, etc. Over the past 4 years an average of 240 towing operations have been carried out per year. The tenderer undertakes to award a concession in the Municipal area of BadHomburg V. d., at least 25 to the tenderer, in the case of unpacked and secured parking spaces for vehicles, or against unauthorised access to the site.The contracting authority shall, within a period of 3 months from the date of the award decision, fulfil this obligation and provide proof to the contracting entity. The towing company must have at least one standard or special storage vehicle. The tow service shall, after the written order has been issued, process and transport vehicles of vehicles already towed and not authorised within the city of Bad Homburg v. d. Altitude. The tug company shall be authorised to accept the payment of towing costs and administrative fees for the city.The Commission will take the necessary steps to ensure that the Commission is able to take the measures necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the internal market.
