Description & Project Overview
Supply of sanitary materials and consumables 98 lots, according to the attached specifications. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 141, para. (4) from Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority limits the number of lots for which a single economic operator can submit an offer. Thus, an economic operator can submit an offer (technical and financial) for a number of MAXIMUM 20 lots out of the 98 lots of the procedure.
