The subject of procurement is the service of creating national guidelines for the implementation of information modeling of buildings / construction (BIM) with the aim of introducing BIM into spatial planning and construction processes. The starting point of this project is to effectively define the implementation of BIM at the national level with comprehensive guidelines with an elaborated approach, plan and instructions. The development of guidelines will provide a quality basis for amending legal and by-law regulations, and stakeholders will be provided with an easier adoption of BIM technology. The adoption of BIM technology in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) sector has progressed significantly in recent years. Project teams use BIM 3D digital models for project collaboration, which provides them with consistent and accurate project data regardless of how many times the project changes or who changes it (engineer, architect or owner of the building or infrastructure). Such projects are sustainable, completed faster and more economical.
