Contract Description
Holistic care includes personal care, necessary practical tasks, relief at home as well as rehabilitation of physical impairment caused by illness, which is not treated in connection with hospitalization and is not covered by the Health Act's rules on rehabilitation after discharge. Rehabilitation interventions are provided by or under the responsibility of a therapist.
