Contract Description
The subject of the performance of the public contract is: - ensuring the performance of all activities of the safety and health protection coordinator at work on the construction site (hereinafter referred to as the "OSH coordinator") in accordance with Act No. 309/2006 Coll., which regulates other requirements for safety and health protection at work in employment relations and on ensuring safety and health protection during activities or the provision of services outside of employment relations (Act on ensuring other conditions of safety and health protection at work), as amended of later regulations during the implementation of construction modifications Reconstruction of part of the children's ICU hospital – Karlovy Vary hospital. - carrying out other activities aimed at ensuring safety and health protection at work within the framework of applicable legislation, ensuring the interests and protection of the client of the construction - performance of the subject of implementation in accordance with the instructions of the client, also according to generally binding legal regulations, ČSN, other standards and methodologies governing the subject of performance.
