The subject of the order is servicing of XEROX printing systems. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 50000000-5 Repair and maintenance services A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annexes No. 1, 1.1. and No. 4 to the SWZ, i.e.: Offer form with Price Specification and Draft provisions of the contract. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Justification for the lack of division into lots: dividing the contract into lots could pose a risk of restricting competition or excessive procurement costs. The need to coordinate the activities of various Contractors implementing individual parts of the contract could seriously jeopardize the proper execution of the contract. The Ordering Party requires full-time employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor under an employment contract of at least 2 (two) people to perform full service in the scope of the execution of the order, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. The Ordering Party requires the submission of an offer for all required service items listed in Annex 1.1. to SWZ. [Required means of evidence - required from the Contractor] In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the specified requirements and features necessary to conduct the procedure, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to submit with the offer: a manufacturers certificate confirming or a statement by the device manufacturer that the Contractor is a service center authorized by the device manufacturer and is authorized to service the mentioned device. If the required evidence is not submitted or is incomplete, the Ordering Party will request its submission or completion.
