The separate item includes the following objects and activities: OBJECT #1: Repair and rehabilitation of 16th street with axis points 8-13-20-45-47-49-48-81-82-84 to axis point 87 according to the regulation plan of the village of Krasnovo, Hisarya Municipality, Plovdiv Region; OBJECT #2: Repair and rehabilitation of 22nd and 23rd streets with axis points 49-79-78-165-162-158-152 according to the regulatory plan of the village of Krasnovo, Hisarya Municipality, Plovdiv Region; OBJECT #3: Repair and rehabilitation of 21-va street with axis points 78-80-81 according to the regulatory plan of the village of Krasnovo, Hisarya Municipality, Plovdiv Region OBJECT #4: Reconstruction, repair and rehabilitation of 13-ta street with axis points 23-39-38-40-89 according to the regulation plan of the village of Krasnovo, Hisarya Municipality, Plovdiv Region; OBJECT #5: Reconstruction and repair of 18-ta street with axis points 23-22-254-21-20 according to the regulation plan of the village of Krasnovo, Hisarya Municipality, Plovdiv Region; OBJECT #6: Reconstruction and repair of 17th street with axis points 40-41-42-45 according to the regulatory plan of the village of Krasnovo, Hisarya Municipality, Plovdiv Region; OBJECT #7: Repair and rehabilitation of 14th street with axis points 22-41-85 according to the regulatory plan of the village of Krasnovo, Hisarya Municipality, Plovdiv Region; OBJECT #8: Repair and rehabilitation of streets 15th with axis points 42-83-82 according to the regulatory plan of the village of Krasnovo, Hisarya Municipality, Plovdiv Region; Activity 1: Preparation of complex reports for the assessment of compliance of investment projects for the sites, regarding their compliance with the basic requirements for construction; Activity 2: Exercise of construction supervision during the implementation of construction and installation works (SMR) of the sites: Sub-activity 1: Construction supervision during the implementation of the sites, until their acceptance and commissioning according to the requirements of the ZUT and guaranteeing the application of the Bulgarian regulatory requirements; Sub-activity 2: Implementation of the function of Safety and Health Coordinator, according to Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety in the implementation of construction works; Sub-activity 3: Preparation of a technical passport, according to Art. 176a of ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on the technical passports of the constructions for the site or for the relevant part of it, if parts of the construction contract are handed over in stages.
