Construction work including detailed planning of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary systems (lot 1) and extinguishing system (lot 2) for a technical building / data center to be built with 700 m2 of floor space (single-story with raised floor, F90 walls) on railway land outside the track area. Lot 1 - Cold water system in redundant design with 85.2 kW total power consumption and climate cabinets (14.6 - 83 kW) - Split refrigeration systems (6 outdoor and 6 indoor units of 10 kW each) - Air conditioning system with a volume flow of 940 m3/h - Wastewater and drinking water systems - Production of cable and line routing
