1. The subject of the order is the supply of tools for the 28th Military Economic Division and supply units, divided into 12 tasks (parts), in the quantities specified in the offer form - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ 2. The requirements and a detailed description of the subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the remaining tender documentation, which will be posted on the website of the conducted procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog. 3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in Annexes No. 6, 6A to the SWZ - draft provisions of the contract with annexes. 4. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers.
