1. The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of maintenance and maintenance of street and road lighting located in the City of Zielona Góra during a period of 24 months. The subject of the order concerns lighting infrastructure that is entirely owned by ENEA Oświatenie sp. z o.o. and those infrastructure elements owned by the City of Zielona Góra, i.e. light fixtures located on the poles of ENEA Ozdrowienie, as well as lighting infrastructure owned by the City of Zielona Góra, powered by devices (cabinets) belonging to Enea Ozdrowienie. 2. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 4 to the invitation, together with the annexes included therein (Appendices No. 1 and No. 2 and to the OPZ).
