Supply of foodstuffs for the needs of childrens hospitals in the territory of the municipality of Svishtov by separate items Delivery of eggs for the needs of the childrens establishments in the territory of the municipality of Svishtov 68 000 p.m. Deliveries shall be made on an established schedule, up to 7:00 p. m. from the children s warehouse, twice a week after the submission of a written application (by e-mail, courier or contractors representative) one day before the day of delivery of the necessary quantities of goods by authorised persons from the specified children s establishments. Delivery for each type of foodstuff/foodstuff shall comply with the requirements of the specification for each category of food products. Each delivery shall be certified with the documentation to certify the production of the relevant product and the time limit for the delivery. For all products, the manufacturer shall maintain the requirements for quality, performance of the respective foodstuffs, and the supply of the corresponding products, and shall not be subject to any restrictions imposed by the relevant food and feed regulations, norms and regulations, or any other provisions of the Treaty.
In connection with the implementation of Regulation No N-1 of 23 July 2024 on the environmental requirements for certain products subject to public procurement (OJ No 64 of 30.07.2024, in force from 14.08.2024) the contracting authority establishes this separate position for the supply of organic foodstuffs oil, sugar and macaroni. The subject of that separate position is the supply to organic food products: oil with a projected quantity of 250 l, sugar with a projection of?? 350 kg and macarons with a planned quantity 350 kg. The relevant organic food supplier: organic food supply, sugar, and macaron must be delivered on the day of the delivery of Regulation (EU) 2018/8 and the European Parliament and of the Council by 30 May 2018. All applications for the official document on the production of organic products and food labelling and labelling for children, including the relevant foodstuff and foodstufs, must be submitted by the competent authority of the European Food Safety Authority (EC) No 748/2008 and by the Commission within one or two working days of the date of the submission of the relevant document, including, on the date and the date, on which the official product labelling of the food and labeling of the product are to be certified by the relevant person (EC, Regulation (EC), on the labelling, on 14 May 2018/848/2008.
